"We purchased a car from here about 3 months ago. On the drive home the clutch went out. Then I took it to a subaru dealership and they said it needed a new computer (another grand) and that the gage cluster/abs/check engine lights (dummy lights) had been tampered with and didn't work. Now come to find out that the engine is blown and has only been running on 3 cylinders. So basically they sold me a lemon that didn't have lights to warn me of all of these problems and I bought it as is. I am in the process of working with an attorney because the guys at the dealership are telling me that there is nothing they can do and I owe over $20,000 on a car that is likely to break down at any moment and has spend most of the time in the past 3 months that I have had it in the shop. I think this business is ran very unprofessionally and by crooks. I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from here. Hopefully they get put out of business for breaking federal law."

"I drove by auto haus and saw my dream car sitting outside. So I went home and pulled up their website. They were asking almost $3500 more than blue book. So I emailed them to find out if it was a typo or if the car had been modified. I explained in my email that I know blue book isn't spot on but I never seen it so out of range. I recieved an email about 30 mins or so later form John Mack the sales mgr he stated "DEAR JUSTIN,

THIER IS NO TYPO. UNFORTUNITY KELLY BLUE BOOK IS A GUIDE. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE MANY 1992 CAMARO'S OUT THERE IN THE CONDITION OURS IS IN AND WITH OUR LOW MILES. 7000.00 IS MY BEST PRICE...THANK YOU.

***-***-****" which is fine but about 20 mins after that I get an email from the owner Kevin Lantry stating "call bluebook and order one from them,price is firm,sorry you cannot afford car,if i get a beater in  ill contact u,k".... Pretty sick huh? So I decided to call them asn ask what the problem is and the salesman said "ha! That sounds like something he'd say".... I will never do buisness with these people and I will go out of my way to make sure they lose as many customers as I can. BTW I was going to go look at the car after the email from Mr. Mack and I really was going to buy it for the price they listed (with cash) untill I recieved that email from the owner Mr. Lantry.... I'd rather walk then buy a car from them...
