"Would never ordered anything . After 2 or more weeks withouth receiving my order , called them , they were rude and not helpful at all and in the end cancelled my order withouth my permission , waste of time dealing with this kind the company . U bought the same uniform with a much better price and costumer service ."

"Ordered 5 knit caps. They finally shipped product 2 weeks later. unfortunately, I received only 3 caps. I look for the invoice thinking the 2 missing were backordered but no, it says all 5 were shipped! I don't even thing 5 would have fit in the small box! I call Frank Bee and the young lady looked up my order but could not tell me why it wasn't shipped. She checked and the two hats were not in stock. She says she will mail them out when they do come in stock. A week later I decide waiting is not the best option (no paperwork, no email, just blind trust) so I asked paypal to solicite a refund which at first Frank Bee declined but later accepted. I will not be ordering again."

"I will not ever waste my time with this vendor ever again. I received 1 email from this site, confirming my order would be processed within 3 days, and that it would be received within 10 business days. I waited 19 days, and had not received any email updates on the order status. I did call them after 17 days, and found out that 2 of the products I ordered were no longer available. You would think that they would at least notify you that the products were not available, but no email notification was ever received regarding this order. At that initial first phone call back, I had requested my credit card be refunded for the 2 products that had not been available, and as of this review, I had still not seen the charges refunded to my credit card. The person on the phone stated the order was "on back order", and that I had been sent an email, but none had been received, and I had added the sender to the safe senders list of my spam filter. (It is possible that they may have used a different email address, that may have been filtered out as spam).

Therefore I called their 1-***-***-**** (800-FRANKBEe) and cancelled the entire order.

To their credit, I did receive an email stating the following: WE HAVE ISSUED A CREDIT TO THE ACCOUNT DESCRIBED BELOW IN THE AMOUNT OF $XX.XX.

However, I have not yet seen the statement on my on-line cedit card statement.

Overall, the products listed on this site, are not that bad looking, but I'd be very careful ordering from this site. They claim a "98% fill-ratio in ten days or less!", but don't bet on it! They were 0 for 2 with me. 0 for 1 on the original order, and then 0 for 2 on the follow up call that I made. So that comes out to be 0% in my book.
