stay away!!!!

"placed an order on fragrancenet.com and the items arrived damaged so I called into fragrance.net And when I finally got someone, Sharonda, she was extremely rude and told me that I was lying. Her exact words were " I know for a face they would not have delivered a damanged box!" Shatomda wouldnt let me talk, she kept talking over me, being rude, telling me I'm lying, hung up on me, several times during the call she kept saying OMG. I asked her several questions that she would not answer, she kept putting me on hold without even asking me. She wouldn't let me speak to a sup etc. There service is the worst and I'm trying to get a resolution on my damaged order. She hung up in my face. I called back amd spoke with Anita and needless to say the customer service was the same. Ahe kept saying Wow, wanted to sput me on hold for everything, told me i needed to respect she is a working women, wanted to jist transfer me, nothing os getting resolved, put me on hold for nothing, etc. I wish yall wpuld pull these calls. I see yall allow these people to treat us this way. This is the way they do business .they definitely needs to be shut down!!!! Worst service ever!

Horrible Customer Service and ourageous shipping charges

" So I called FragranceNet.com today (1-800-PARFUMS (727-3867) and had the displeasure of speaking to Susan. (the 2nd time I called back she did not announce her name...hmmm)
Anyway, what I was calling about was the ludicrous shipping charge on a purchase that was originally $1.99 (a tester spray vial of Versace) and was discounted to $1.39 after coupon. (if you give them your email, it will be spammed to no end with offers and discounts...beware!!)
I go through Paypal to pay for it and guess what!!??!!! They want $6.95 shipping charges. $6.95??!!!!!???! WTF??!!
So Susan, who's enlightened mind brought to me that I should order more to off-set the cost of the sample. WHAT??!! Are you stupid?? Seriously?
Okay. Glad you're on the other end of a phone in NY 'cause you had a slap coming your way for that brainiac suggestion. How lame.
She tells me nothing she can do, that's what the computer does. (really...that's a bad a** computer doing that) No, Susan, the morons that set up your delivery charges input the information and then have less than intelligent people answer calls to put-off buyers even further by offering up ideas like "add more to the order" or "that's what the computer does".

So, let me talk to a manager. She's not available. Yeah. okay. Seriously, I need to talk to someone that can make an intelligent, informed decision. She's here but not available. Really? I can give you her email. I don't want an email. I want to speak with this divine entity that is in charge of the group of type "A" wonder customer service agents..
Well, Susan hangs up on me. I call back and Ms. Congeniality again hangs up on me. Great!!
when the last item I ordered shows up, I'll send it back and conclude my business with this entity that hires obviously otherwise unemployable personalities to answer their phones and handle situations.
Great job, Susan. I've made 3 orders inside of 1 week and paid for them separate and your actions have cost FragranceNet at least on person for future patronage. Wow!! Slap yourself on the back!! Great job...moron.

Classic bait and switch! Don't shop here!

"I will never order from Fragrancenet.com again. I ordered Nuxellence Jeunesse (a French product), which they clearly identified in their online store. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw Nuxellence Eclat, a discontinued product that has different ingredients than Jeunesse. I called Fragrancenet.com to find out what happened. The CSR told me she would check and call me back the next day. That was a week ago. I have heard nothing. They just sent me an invitation to rate their service. I wrote a bad review. I doubt they will post it. Beware this site. Everything you read about their shoddy practices are correct."

still waiting on my refund!

"HORRIBLE experience. bought a few colognes to give as a birthday present. the tracking showed it was delivered and left at my job's mailbox. it was nowhere to be found. their customer service told me to call back in 7 days for a refund. I needed the birthday gifts before then! so I was out of a present, and the money, and had to purchase additional gifts to make up for these. 2 weeks later and still waiting on my refund!"

Happy with Purchase!

"I ordered and afterwards thought about reading reviews. I was shocked and terrified with what I read and was afraid it would happen to me. However, my products shipped quickly, they were well packaged, wrapped and sealed in original boxes. The bottles seem 100% legitimate and the scents smell like they should. Overall I am happy because I saved a lot of money. I gave it 4 stars because the scent does not seem to be as strong as it should but then again I have gotten compliments and I might just be paranoid. I am very happy with my purchases!"

"Fake perfume! And when I wanted to return it I bumped into very disrespectful and bad Customer Service. STAY AWAY from this company! Amazon and E-bay have better service and same perfumes, With a few $ more you will have less stress to deal with"

"Never had a problem with FragranceNet.com. In fact, only place I use to buy my scents! I've tried numerous places and this is the only place where I get the best prices for real, quality products. I usually buy Obsession for Men and Polo Black and haven't had a problem. Usually buy enough to qualify for free shipping, get 20% discounts, and always have them provide order tracking info. Again, never a problem. Been using them for years and will continue to use them exclusively! "

"This is the first time I ordered from fragrancenet and frankly speaking it was the worst customer services I've ever seen.
I ordered perfumes with the total of 555$ and after 3 days they canceled my order..!! because they don't ship to SA.
I don't believe them because I say people from my country ordered before and they don't have problem. but because I used free shipping coupon they decided that they don't ship to SA...
Anyway I've contacted them through emails and their responses show how poor their customer services is...!! They are unprofessional and they don't care about customers..!! Ill never do business with such company.

"I placed my order 3 weeks ago, and was supposed to get my package in 2 business days (as advertised). I never received it! I spent about $80, got a receipt and haven't heard anything from the company for 2 weeks. Then I sent them a letter asking about the status of my order. Next day I got a reply saying that my order was processed, but not ready to be shipped yet, and I would be notified when they ship. A few days later they sent me an email that there was an attempted delivery. I provided business address for delivery, and they allegedly attempted to deliver on Saturday. There was no attempted delivery notice left, nothing. I contacted the company asking for either delivery or money back, and got a reply that they need 10 days to process either. They also said that my package is with the local post office, though it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. A couple of days later they sent me another message that there was another attempted delivery during week days and business was closed. This is all bs, the business is opened Monday trough Friday from 9:30am to 6pm, and at the time of alleged attempted delivery it was definitely opened, and there were at least 10 people in the office to accept the package. Again, no attempted delivery notice was left, nothing. I tried contacting post office and schedule another delivery. It was supposed to be last Thursday, but nothing was delivered. I placed my order on march 20, and it's already April 11, and I have not received my order. I think this company is a scheme, nothing was shipped, they just take your money and you get nothing in return. If you want to do charity, better give your money to some charitable organization or a homeless person, don't invest in this scheme company. "

In the store this would have cost me $1,160 I only paid $485 for it.

I took the two Creed Bottles to NYC and got the bottles authenticated because I too was skeptical about the price. Both checked out just fine and the shipping only took a few days less than a week. I am sure during busy times of year the shipping can be delayed like holidays but most products can be delayed so I can't count that as a mark against them. Customer service for me was easy I just canceled a bottle of Bond 9 Wall Street because I wanted to push off the cost until next month but all it took was a simple e-mail no stress. I will say that the bottle of Tommy Bahama appeared to have leaked but that might have been from shipping or manufacturing. Either way the scents all smell just fine and I can't notice any difference and I wear them alot and some of the bottles I have bought retail and noticed no difference in quality or package design. In other words I think this company is ok so far.
