"Poor customer service...poor shipping, poor product packaging, no connection between the phone on customer service and the shipping department so my orders which shouldn't have been sent got sent.

"Again, DO NOT ORDER from 4seasonsnurseries! It was hard for me to find reviews, because their name is similar to others. My package of over 20 plants was delivered and jumbled around in a red bag......a bag!!! The plants was in plastic containers, but that didn't matter when they were flailing around in a bag. They needed to be secured in a box. Every single plant was either dried up or melted, except for 2 barely showing a sign of life. It took about 2 months for delivery to wait for that?? I stress to all....DO NOT ORDER FROM 4 SEASONS NURSERIES"
"If I could give them zero stars, I would. I placed an order in March. Finally received part of my order on 1 June. There were six items in the package and only one was ready to plant. The others were either dead and covered with dead leaves, were dried out, or were simply brown slime in a package. I was so disappointed. I wrote the company to let them know and was told that I needed to plant everything and wait six weeks and that many of the plants would recover and thrive. I'm disgusted that they would send me dead plants and expect me to try and nurse them back to a live condition. After six weeks, I'm supposed to send back the unsuccessful plants and pay postage to send them back and they will send a replacement. Really ???
I highly recommend that you never order from these people. No matter how lovely the items look in the catalog and whatever magical price they offer, I guarantee that you will be disappointed. I read the ugly reviews before I ordered and thought that it couldn't be that bad, but believe me, its a scam. They take your money and send you low grade plants and give lousy customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!"

"Don’t buy from this company. Bought 4 years ago some plants and ok service. Bought again in April. Half the plants were dead. I called over 20 times always busy. Communicated on line by email, they replied after several attempts. They asked I return original label and note listing dead plants. No reply and no replacement. So frustrating. I sent 3 follow up emails. No reply. Finally I called credit card company to report fraud. Four seasons fought it and claimed I did not follow the rules and wanted dead plants back ( at my expense). This was never requested or in their paperwork. Please don’t do it. There are so many reputable companies selling plants, and this has got to have the worst products and customer service!!"
"Submitted my order in March, shipped May 11 and 17 days later it still isn’t here. FrdEx will not do anything because the shipping company must file the complaint and that is the issue 4 seasons will not answer my inquiries."
"NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this Nursery!! As a repeat customer, I am furious with the manner the warranty policy was applied to my order. Specifically, some of the trees from my original purchase did not survive the winter season. A replacement claim within the warranty period was requested. Replacement trees arrived dead. Not dormant, DEAD. Another replacement claim was requested and those trees arrived dead too. Not dormant, as I tried to revive them, but DEAD. Shipping trees during extreme heat and humidity was the cause. This nursery utilizes a call center to handle all calls and claims. Customer service representative was argumentative when discussing the situation, the warranty period, dead trees, and refused to process another claim. There are enough OTHER online nurseries to buy from. "

They sent me raspberry plants bare rooted and the roots were so dried out they were crisp. They told me to plant them to "break dormancy." Great if you can bring the dead back into the living.
Their replacements were equally dead win arrival.
They should not be in business."

"I ordered a Rose bush, 2 Patriot Blueberry bushes and a Cherry Sugar Sweet bush. When they arrived they were all dead, full of Mold and Mildew. I called and they told me to mail in my label off the bag which I did and they sent me ever worst so call plants. So I called them again and they told me to mail in the labels again, so I did and now they are telling me that they did not get the labels so I can go to hell and they will not do anything else. So I can kiss my $ 40.00 dollars goby .

"Four Seasons refuses to refund my money even though I sent them the receipt where I paid for the plants and they shipped them. Of nine wisteria plants all area dead, only two ever put out greenery and died right away, the plants are tiny, like a couple inches tall, sent bare root in a plastic bag with no dirt. They arrived bone dry and dead. The hibiscus were advertised as multi colored and the ones the lived long enough to bloom were all white and this crap company told me that even though they advertised them as multi colored that did not mean I would get multi colored???? Does that make sense???? On the wisteria they refused refund my money because dead plants had to be shipped back within two weeks of them shipping them, I would have had to recived the plants and immediately shipped them back without even waiting to see if they were alive. This company steals, the same as any common thief on the street. DO NOT GET PLANTS FROM THIS COMPANY! They are rude and they are thieves!"
"Why do I have to pick 1 star!? This company will not send their product on time, will send dead bare root trees, and worst of all will give you inferior varieties that are not what you purchased. I purchased seedless grapes two years ago from them... every last one has seeds and is not very sweet. Grapes take two years to produce fruit (if you cut them back appropriately after the first year) so this was not evident until now. They also conned me with the strawberry variety giving me an inferior spreading June-bearing variety, when I purchased a large fruiting ever-bearing variety that does not spread. They do not acknowledge their trickery and insist that seedless grapes sometimes have seeds (all of mine do), and do not comment on the strawberries, only insisting on the original shipping label (do you keep yours from 2 years ago?)."
