Don't Buy Ford Parts From This Company!!!!!!!!!!

"One star since it isn't possible to give ZERO stars. My experience with this company has been the most frustrating and aggravating interaction that I have ever had with a on-line company. I ordered a seat belt part for my Ford F250 truck. The company sent the wrong seat belt part and then refused to take it back or refund my money. They were slow to respond to my requests and when they sent notifications, there was no contact number or email address to respond to their correspondence. I would recommend that you avoid their unethical practices and find a reputable company to purchase parts for your Ford vehicle."

Absolutely horrendous order acceptance experience

"On July 2 I order a simple part for my daughter's Ford. I received an immediate email, as you normally do when you place an online order. Later that evening I realized the subject line read "Order Update." Curious, I opened and found this following request:

"To continue processing your order MFB00596, your attention is required for the following issues. Warehouse Comments: The parts on your order are Ford controlled parts. This means once approved, the order cannot be canceled and the parts cannot be returned, however, the parts are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy. **Please Note: The parts listed above have not been ordered, ETA may change upon approval.**By replying "I accept", you are agreeing to accept non-returnable parts on your order."

I immediately replied to the email with the words "I accept" as instructed (same day, but after business hours). Days went by and honestly, I had forgotten about the order - until I received another email. This time it stated:

"This is a final attempt of communication. An approval is needed to a previous message regarding a change to your order. Note: The estimated ship date may be affected due to the delayed response. This order will be canceled if no response is received by the next business day."

Again I replied. I called and left them a voicemail. I got on their website the next day and chatted with their customer service. Asked what I needed to do to get the order processed. They said they never received my previous email but would get the order processed. That was July 22 - TWENTY DAYS after my original order.

Today, July 30, I received another email telling me that my order was shipping. Four full weeks after I placed the order, and one full week after confirming my order, they are finally putting it in the mail. Terrible communication, ridiculous ordering process (who sends an email after you place an order asking the customer to reply in order to process the order), and worthless customer service. I will never order from this business again.
