Super fast shipping!!!

"If I could give this 3.5 stars, I would. I ordered the Jordan 1s hyper royals in a size 10.5 on Sunday. They got back to me really fast and on Tuesday my shoes came!! The only complaints I have is that the when I opened the box and took out the shoes... the lace bag wasn’t attached to the eyehole like it was supposed to be. The lace bag did come, just not attached. However, the REAL reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because the left shoe came with some defects. Not large, just minor. Like towards the sole around the toe area of the shoe, the stitching skipped over one hole, and the details and stars on the outsole weren’t printed very clearly. THIS TRIGGERED MY OCD because the right shoe is perfect, but the left shoe has some defects. Other than that, my shoes came in 2 days, I’m not complaining too much (lol), and I would recommend."

Order cancelled 2 times [Called multiple times]

"My order was cancelled 2 times in a row on the same item. I made sure everything was correct. I called many times and its still cancelled! I don't get it, is there business a joke or something? Is this a joke site? Do they even want to sell their products to people??? I'm so **** at this stupid incompetent website."

"I’ve tried ordering multiple items and every time my payment goes through and after about a week I try to contact someone why it hasn’t shipped and they give the same excuse it’s out of stock when it wasn’t when I ordered it then when I try to chat with someone about it they say website not updated and we aren’t restocking the item total bs"

The worst !

"I sat online waited to order these shoes placed my order funds were taken from my account & then Footaction payment verification reaches out to me 2 days later saying my order cancelled and they can’t tell me why ! Saying it’s an automatic system like wtf and the shoe I had is no longer available . Garage ! I’ve always ordered from them and never had this to happen before I will NEVER shop with them again !"

Not Worth It

"I purchased a flannel from them that was on sale for my boyfriend's birthday. I ordered it in an x-large but when I received it, it came in a large. I didn't think of this as a big deal and called their customer service to get it fixed, In total I talked to three customer service representative with different levels of helpfulness. The first rep was not very helpful and was get confused over the simplest things I was asking for. I called again a couple of days later and the lady who helped me was better, she put in another order for me for my actual size and sent me a return label to fix their error. However, when I received the new and supposedly fixed item, I got a large, again. I called once more and the lady explained to me there was something wrong with their system and it wasn't processing the x large. It would have been nice to have known this from the start but I was glad to be aware of this now. She told me I could either go to an actual store to exchange it or I can get a refund. For the refund, they charge you $7 for the return label even if it was entirely their fault. This whole ordeal has been incredibly annoying and would not recommend shopping with them at all. "

Awful customer care

"If you can help it's best to ((STAY AWAY))I ordered some shoes online to be picked up at this location which I was told from the website (SAME DAY PICKUP) which wasn't true, so as I wait for Footaction to email me a confirmation for my purchase that I'm supposed to pick up today but I never received a email. I contacted support via the website and still no feedback. The next day I call the 1-800 number and then they told me they were there at the store. I get to the store no greeting there's like three people on the floor looking lost, I find a guy and ask him for a which happened to be the same shoe that I was coming to pick up he told me they only had a 11 in the size . I proceeded to wait for the guy at the register because I think he's the only one that can help me but he's trying to fix an issue with another customer which is (never a good sign) so finally a young lady come from the back and she helps and she gets me the shoes. I opened the box the shoes are dirty"

Believe what you are reading, don't think it will be better for you. It won't be. I promise

"This place is everything that you are reading in the reviews. I ordered shoes from Footaction online because everyone was sold out in the size that I need. I never received an email confirmation. nothing. I check my bank account and was charged. I called and was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes before I got a representative who clearly didn't know what was going on.... Fast forward 30 minutes later and a supervisor, they hung up on me. I call the next morning and got an improved hold time of 59 minutes, still no real answers AND I paid for expedited shipping. I have never and I mean never had service this bad!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!"

If I could give a no star I would

"This company is by far the worst I have ever delt with order the shoes go to the store to pick up they say it will be at lease 3 hours wait so the salesman says I can call customer support yea ok the number was busy for over 6 hours finally get the phone to ring on hold for over a hour waiting just to talk to someone I finally get someone and try to explain why my shoes are not ready he says I can’t help you another hour goes by and I get someone explain my problem say that I ordered them online and the store has them
On the shelf but I can’t get them till the Customer service department releases the order so this has been over 10 hours of waiting so the person on the other line tells me I just canceled the order it was the last pair they had now there closed and over a hour away so I go the next day and they sold the shoes never again would I recommend them and now I have to wait up to 7 days to get my money

Should have read the reviews first.

"I placed my order 8 days ago. Site said it would ship in 5 to 7 days. It still hasn't shipped. When I called the call center I was told it was too late to cancel even though the order hasn't shipped yet. They also couldn't tell me when it would ship; told me to call back Monday. I'm not sure why they offer online services or have a call center when they can't ship as promised or have customer service that can tell 1. where an order is 2. Cancel the order or 3. Even give me any type of helpful information. Is this a joke?? Don't bother From, a very disappointed parent and 8 year old who needed these shoes already"

Not so happy

"This release was my first time purchasing something from Footaction in about two years and I will be taking my business back to Nike, footlocker, etc. Those who purchase limited release sneakers know it's always luck if you get them or not. When I went to get these Saturday morning I got a conformation email and my card was charged. When I called over the past 4 days I was told it would ship by the end of the night, until today I was told my order was cancelled! They had sold out of the shoe and were unable to fill my order. Umm...okay? Why didn't it say sold out when it was sold out. Clearly the servers don't move quick enough. Example, the moment a shoe is sold out on Nike it says SOLD OUT and it doesn't keep processing or sending out conformation emails. This is what should have happened Saturday on footaction. To summarize my point this was horrible customer service on footaction's part! "

Ordering On Line ****!!!!

"Order on line got the confirmation number five days later still no shoes. I call to find out whats going on they where out of stock so never was sent (way give me a confirmation number!!. I was told this is a common around Christmas due to all the orders so my son had to due without the one thing he ask for..smh Note: it Christmas time and i had to wait five business days for a refund on some shoes that was never shipping in the first place. So i get a 25% off coupon for ruining my son Christmas i try to use today and find all the nice shoes are exempt for coupons. I roll the dice again yesterday buy two pair at the same time but only get tracking for one pair today so i call to find out whats going and they drop the ball again. it already take five+ day for shipping you charge my card monday but dont ship my sh*t till Wednesday now its looking like ten days before receive my second pair of shoe . Note i order at the same time, The same Dam Shoe!"

"It was horrible I ordered an item in store the sale associate said I would get it next day she lied ,I made this order on Feb 28 when I spoke to csr they tell me something different it's now March 7 and still haven't received anything an email or an refund "
