"There was an unjustified additional shipping charge of $22 to Hawaii. It was shipped via USPS. However, USPS has domestic rates and does not charge extra to Hawaii, as Hawaii has been a state for more than 60 years. I talked with someone at Focus Camera who said that Focus Camera contracts shipping, and the contracted company charges the extra $22. It doesn't cost any more to package a product that is shipped to Hawaii by USPS than it does to package the same product to ship across the street by USPS. The shipping company is apparently pocketing the $22. Focus Camera could reduce the cost to customers in Hawaii and Alaska by eliminating the additional shipping charge."

"My new computer did not have Windows 10 loaded correctly and the RX-580 video card would not recognize the operating system. I am having a local computer store check it to see if it can be salvaged. I am not happy to take a new computer out of the box and it not recognize my monitor, my operating system or the video card. I think this might have had Windows 7 originally loaded on it and then someone upgraded it to Windows 10 but it did not upload correctly. This is not good on a computer that cost over $700! I cannot recommend Focus for computer purchases."
