"These guys are the same as A&M Photoworld - scammers! I don't know how this business model works, but they WASTE YOUR TIME! Do NOT order from them!!! Exact same scenario as A&M PhotoWorld - placed the order online, got an email askingme to call to confirm. The guy I called (Leo) tried to seel me an extended warranty. A week later my order was set to "backordered" so I called Leo again, he transferred me to David in customer service. When I asked him for an ETA he wouldn't give me one. When I asked him to tell me straight and explained that my inlaws in Baltimore are missing the growth of their new grandson, he said I was being rude and hung up on me! I called Leo back to cancel my order and he said it was cancelled."
"A bunch of phonies. No action on my order. When I called to follow-up, they tried to sell me a "high capacity" battery and a "discounted" service plan -- both of which were only available with my initial order, of course. I declined, and still no action. When I called again to cancel, they hung up on me. STAY AWAY!"
