"I put an order in for flowers but i put the wrong number off flat in. Within one hour of doing that i phone to tell them. Flowers aren't going to be delivered for 3 days, they still have time to change it from 13 to 18.. lady said to me on the phone that the girl im sending flowers to will just need to go to the door of the other flat to get them.. its ment to be a surprise. Its valentine. Absolutely joking. Wont be using them again.. ask for the number for the people making the order to change the house number but lady wouldn't give it out. Ive emailed them loads. No reply. Happy to take my money. "
