Satisfaction

"I was apprehensive about ordering from Japan a bouquet for a family funeral in California, but everything went without a hitch. Flowers Fast communicated with me immediately about delivery details, then gave me confirmation after delivery. A family member took a photo of the flowers at the funeral parlor, and they looked nearly identical to what I ordered. And the nicest part was the hand-printed note a ordered with the flowers.

"I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because there was no local florist To deliver the arrangement I wanted (lots of cheery yellows in a blue vase. I was given a choice of other arrangements ( no yellows) "

Hot Chocolate Soup

"The package arrived mid-day if my parent’s #58 wedding anniversary. I couldn’t be with them so I thought I’d send them something they would enjoy. Ha! The chocolates were like soup. The cheeses had to be refrigerated and then they weren’t sure they should eat the. - afraid they might be spoiled. What a disaster! I was refunded my money but knowing that a gift for such an important day was such a disaster was beyond disappointing."

Ordered from them and they didn't deliver

"I ordered from Flowers Fast for a close friend whose brother had passed away. Their site indicated they could do same day delivery which was important as the service was the following day and they wouldn't be home to accept delivery. I checked in with them to see if they had received the flowers the day of the service; they had not. I called Flowers Fast and they said they couldn't find a local florist to complete the order. I did not receive an email or phone call relaying this info. He said I SHOULD have received an email. But I didn't. So I scrambled to place another order with a different florist. With it being a holiday weekend, the earliest the flowers could be delivered was 4 days after the original order date. To say I was disappointed with their lack of customer service would be an understatement. "

Ordered flowers for graduation

"I ordered flowers to congratulate a friend who just graduated from college, and Flowers Fast did a great job. I called for advice on the flower selection and customer service was very good. The bouquet delivered was very close to the picture on their website, and they even offered me a discount coupon for my next order."

Great customer service?

"I ordered flower for Mother's Day and when they arrived to my mother they were not as pictured. The did arrive on the date as promised though. And the price was reasonable.
I emailed Fast Flowers customer service and they apologized, looked into the situation, and got back to me saying that in fact, the flowers I ordered were no longer available and that they would refund me. NO questions asked. I was impressed with their promptness and understanding, even during Covid. I would recommend them based on my experience.

The worst flower delivery experience

"I ordered a simple white Asiatic lilies, Peruvian lilies, purple poms bouquet for a friend who just lost her mother. The arrangement arrived with one dead lily that was completely browned dry on the inside and had wilted petals.
Moreover half of the flowers promised on the internet weren’t included. The fresh, full Adriatic lilies and Peruvian lilies, which were the centerpiece of the bouquet, never made it into the arrangement.
Instead, my friend received a vase stuffed with wildflowers—pink daisies and white asters, sloppily put together without arrangement. There were also no lush greens, “fresh from the farm,” as the description promised. Instead, I got a bunch of ferns sticking out from the sides of the vase. I could have picked some daisies and ferns in the woods and made a much more presentable arrangement.

The bouquet looked NOTHING like the picture on the internet. It arrived dry with desperate need of water.
I called and was refunded my payment and told a “replacement bouquet” would be sent. But the replacement bouquet was not the one I wanted and ordered. It had dark roses on the edges and a bunch of “filler” greens taking up most of the vase. It was depressing. Also, my fried prefers lilies to roses.
The company chose the “replacement bouquet” without ever consulting me. This created great embarrassment for me and disappointment for my friend. It demonstrated that I chose to send a bunch of cheap, randomly arranged wildflowers, while she was in mourning.

Do not order!!!!

"I had A very unpleasant encounter with this company I ordered on April 14 for May 9th for my moms birthday with instructions to be delivered in the morning with extra payment for shipping and nothing was delivered. All day I tried to call them no one picked up the phone and after numerous emails I got A response that the local florist will deliver later tonight. Mind you the email was send to me at 7pm. Do not waste your money and go somewhere else!

Find a florist in the city you want something delivered and cut out these gatherers.
They will only disappoint you and rip off the florists.
