"I chose Floweraura to deliver a plant, bouquet, and chocolates for my friend in India. While the items were delivered just in time, the plant that was delivered was almost dried. Additionally, to my surprise in spite of the product name being mentioned as "Hanging Syngonium Plant", the hanging rope wasn't delivered. When I checked with their customer support, the executive conveniently says the rope in the pic is for presentation only and is not a part of the product. If that is so, why is it named as "Hanging......". There are several other plants on the site, which can be hanged too. Why are they not named hanging then?
Secondly from the pic the plant clearly looks dried. But the customer support gentleman seems to have a great vision to see it all healthy.
Saying so they conveniently refused to take any ownership of the misleading product and a bad item delivered. I would never recommend Floweraura to anyone. Completely unprofessional and no customer value."
