"Terrible customer service. Terrible outdated and unprofessional website. I ordered Next Day Flower delivery to Tokyo. They responded by email that the address provided had scrambled characters. That's because their website changes the characters. I provided a response with the correct address. They then responded stating they have been trying to contact me for a verbal confirmation in order to process my credit card. Never have I had to do a verbal confirmation for a credit card transaction. I have had no missed calls on my phone nor any other emails. I responded with my cellphone number to confirm. No response. In their email signature, it states "LIVE CHAT Available around the clock." I have been trying to use it and get in contact with someone since the last email and there is no response. It's now mid-day, and my "same-day" order is still not processed, and no contact. Terrible service. Don't bother with this company."
"I would attach emails if I could. I ordered and paid for flowers for Mother's Day...she never got them. Richard Fullham corresponded saying they would deliver by 14th. No later than 17th. Didn't happen. Another email apologizing but he cancelled the order, offer $5 for future order and did not change my debit card. Lie! Day I ordered, he took my money and never delivered. Their website down and can't get thru on phone#. Further checking, I am not the only one he did this to on Mother's Day orders.DONT USE FLORA2000"

"Delivery was to be on 8/29 and then I received an email that their normal supplier was not able to deliver and they would need to use a different source. I was asked if they wanted me to continue and deliver at next earliest date. I replied yes. I was told that the flowers would be delivered on 8/31 or 9/1 at the latest. "We regret to inform you that the delivery of your order will not be completed due to a transmission error at our outlet end. We apologize sincerely for this." Please advise if we can go ahead with the delivery on the next earliest available delivery date using another outlet.
Then on 8/31, I received an email that again they regret to inform me that they are not able to provide delivery. I received the same message.
