"My 2003 john Deere 4310 had a cracked hood, and the crack was splintering in other directions. Bought the flip mfg hood off ebay along with the genuine JD decals and genuine JD hood foam kit. Aftermarket hood fit well and the dreaded fuel cap cover wasn't as difficult as many make it out to be... One simply needs an assistant to hold the hood stable during the fuel door spring installation . The flip hood was about $100 cheaper than the genuine green shell from JD and looks and fits like the factory one did 14 years ago when I bought my tractor, new"
