"Dear friends

I have ordered Yota phone to flipkart. for three times and filpkart is not able to deliver it to me all the time I need to make complaint and customer care and they regret it and ask me to reorder. The site has policy that "cash on delivery" but the delivery boy wants money first before delivery for another item which I ordered. Most funny thing is that the delivery boy suggested not to shop from Flipkart. This they do when they have not got money. so Be aware of the site if you pay in advance you will be in trouble. They are least bothered about the customer. All the faults are of customer. The items are not delivered in time and to console you they will show simple favor as special favor.

"Worst site to purchase anything, i booked a order , booking is non-refundable and non-cacellation.

but booking cancelled by FLIPKART team and giving me excuse of error in pricing...

I received booking confirmation etc everything but my order cancelled from them......wrong wrong wrong commitment...and cheating

"Flipkart - Making Online Shopping A Nightmare

Order No: OD21009200072

This is how they work.

I ordered a Rhysetta 4 wheel bag for Rs. 2815 (35% off), they delivered a 2 wheel cabin bag.
I complain, they assure replacement of right product.
Meanwhile, they realise that they can't afford it :)
They update the price (Rs3400) online and its available to book at new price.
But they have to deliver me at same price as I had already made booking.
They send me a mail saying its further delayed.
Meanwhile, they make it Out Of Stock, so they dont have to deliver me at the same price.
Now, they are ready to Cancel my order, WITHOUT my consent/permission.

HURRAY!! After booking a bag 21days in advance before travel, I ended up with no option but to go hunting in-store for another option at the last moment.

THANKS A TON TO FLIPKART FOR MAKING ONLINE SHOPPING A NIGHTMARE IN INDIA

They would remember these golden words as quoted to them by me.

Awaiting refund now.
