"I had an excellent experience with FSC. I ordered a ThrustMaster Cougar on a Saturday. They e-mailed me back on the next business day to tell me that it was out of stock, and when they expected it to come in. It took longer than they expected, because their delivery truck did not bring all of their shipment, and they had to wait for another shipment. However, they were very friendly and helpful on the phone.

When the order did ship, they sent me an e-mail with the tracking number. When it arrived it was very well packed, and the invoice that they packed is very simple and easy to read.

When I started using it I thought that one of the switches was broken, and I called them on a Friday. It was too late to ship that day, so they said they would ship a replacement out on Monday, and would include a return shipping label for the defective Cougar. Over the weekend I discovered that it was not defective, the switch was just very hard to move at first (which is common among Cougars). I left a phone message for them on Sunday telling them not to ship me the replacement, and called them again on Monday to make sure they got my message. They had, and they thanked me for letting them know. They were not the least bit upset about my mistake, and were extremely friendly.

I highly recommend them and will order from them in the future.
