"This was my second purchase from FAB Corp. Both orders were placed with FAB Corp due to pricing, but on my most recent purchase, the merchandise was damaged when I received it. Based on what the damage was and what the packing material looked like, I'm pretty sure the damage occurred at the manufacturer, not during shipment from FAB Corp. FAB Corp immediately had a new antenna drop shipped from the manufacturer, and gave me their UPS account # to charge for the return shipping of the damaged antenna. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll definately consider FAB Corp first on all future purchases."
