"I ordered an orthopedic dog bed and it turned out to be nothing more than a dog mat with cotton filling in rows going down the center. It did not match the picture on facebook or even come close to looking like the item on the facebook page. The customer service is horrible and as this date I have yet been refunded for the returned item costing over 60.00 to return which they state on the facebook page that if you weren't satisfied with the item they would pick it up for return. Not only did it take over a month for the item to be delivered not 7-10 days stated on their facebook blog, the customer service dept seems to be not interested in giving any satisfaction to their customers. Definitely not recommending this company nor am satisfied with their ability to give a decent answer to my many questions. They certainly don't back their what they say on their facebook blog and to me that's nothing more than false advertising."

The normal price on other sites is over $100 (An awesome price ) I purchased this itemand got i in 4 days I just received my package today. I opened the package and it looked brand new! I tried it out and it works as it's supposed to. I was honestly skeptical about them because of all the negative reviews. Everything went smooth, tracking number was real and item was as specified. I understand their shipping policy saying it will be shipped out within few days. So if you're not in a hurry to get your item, I would recommend them. I will shop again, .
