"I ordered several DVDs with Five Star Laser and paid through PayPal in mid May. When the order did not arrive by mid June, I phoned the vendor. A man there said one of the movies was out of stock. So I asked him to substitute with another movie. He said the order would be shipped out. It is now late July and still no DVDs yet. I phoned again and there was no answer. I e-mailed the vendor twice and no reply either. I contacted PayPal but it was after the 45-day period, and apparently PayPal doesn't cover software. So I guess I got scammed. If you are thinking of buying with Five Star Laser, think very carefully!"
"Ordered two seasons of a television series in two box sets from them. Although the packaging seemed professional and legitimate, the video quality of the DVDs were terrible! They were comparable to VHS dubs in quality and the english subtitles were laughably incomprehensible (full of misspellings and non-english characters: e.g. "&"). And this site had the gall to sell them as retail products! When I complained about the quality of the DVDs, my email was ignored. Well, I learned the hard way that this is a site to steer clear of. If others want to try their luck, on their heads be it..."
