THEN...you get an email stating they SWITCHED PRICES...they want MORE money. I waited two weeks to learn the EMERGENCY order I have been waiting for day by day has not even been processed. They inflict the EXTREEM painful delay then when you are really desperate they quadrupule the price. DONT SHOP HERE! Dont give your payment info. I asked three times for a simnple appology. NOTHING!"
"I had an easy problem, bad battery in my lifefitness bike. So I bought a new one from them. My bike worked ok for a time, then went on the fritz. Shortly thereafter, I bought a new alternator, which came without any hardware and the nuts on my old one had differeent threads. I was unable to get any voltage out of it and returned it to be checked. I was able to secure another alt locally which acted just like my old one, so I eliminated that as a problem. Fitness Repair then charged me 50% restocking fee, and I bet you good money that alt was never checked and is back on their shelf right now. I took the "new battery" up to interstat battery where they said the battery was bad. Of course, fitness repair was unwilling to do anything about that, since it took me too long to troubleshoot my problem. Very frustrating trying to fix problems when people send bad parts, and charge you to return them."

I ordered the wrong $1.50 part, and paid the $25 minimum parts cost. I asked about returning the part when I saw it was the wrong one, and they said they would only refund 80% of the amount of the actual purchase price, ($1.50), not the minimum order of $25. I can't think of any logical justification for that.
Throw in no cheap shipping option ($15.00 for Fedex ground, no UPS ground option) and I paid $40 for a $1.50 part that I can't use. I would look for any option other than these guys, and make sure you buy other products - any products - to make up the $25.00 minimum. "

"NEVER, EVER AGAIN! I needed two $1 pieces of plastic. Since the minimum order was $25 I ordered some bits and pieces that I do not need at an inflated price. Then there was the standard courier charge. The order was then stuck in a brokerage house with Canada Customs for a week until I paid over $50. Total - over $100 for a couple of bits of plastic that I could likely have whittled from a broken toy in half an hour! The burning anger and grey hair - priceless!"
"STAY AWAY! I ordered some small parts for an Elliptical machine and decided to order a floor mat since they had a good deal on one. Floor mat arrived just fine but no small parts in the box. The shipping box was constructed of several boxes taped together to make one box long enough. They didn't do a stellar job of taping the boxes together so there were gaps. I contacted them and told them I didn't receive the small parts I needed. I was informed that an inquiry would go to a manager and then never heard back. I contacted them again a week or so later and was then told that their inventory was correct and they wouldn't be sending me the parts I'd paid for. They're basically say I lied and got the parts! Yeah, like I need more wave washers. "
