"I placed my order two weeks ago yesterday. Last night, because I asked, I was told they expected to get something to their facility by the end of this week. That seems a little crazy because my payment processed very quickly.
Perhaps it's because they have poor vendor relationships. It seems numerous others have had major delays like this, so I'm only guessing that poor relationships are the critical factor.
No matter what the deal is, they could help by either setting better expectations for buyers or waiting to charge the card until they've actually received delivery at their facility - or at least until they've confirmed from the vendor that it's on its way.
I really wish I had checked this site before I paid. For $50 somewhere else, I would have had my firearm in hand by now. "
"Top-notch customer service whenever I called them. Gentlemen, all, and good communications via e-mail & etc. Gave less than 5 stars due to an unexplained delay in shipping of about a month. I've been in a similar business, and understand how things like this can happen, and I wasn't in a hurry to receive the rifle, so no harm, no foul. I do hope this shipping delay was the exception and not the rule."

Still waiting for a different order of an "available" firearm from early June; Credit Card was charged right away, when I call, the response is "it should ship this week". "
