"This order was made through the Bing cashback program with a 10% cashback. A few days after the order, the Bing cashback system told me this (copy-pasting so there is no error): "The store notified us that the purchase has been returned, exchanged, or canceled, or is ineligible per the Microsoft Service Agreement (Section 17)."

I contacted the seller several times over the next few weeks and was always assured that the issue would be resolved and that if Bing does not pay, the seller would pay us. Promises, promises and promises and multiple phone calls later I have finally given up. The order was for large amount so 10% is quite significant in this case.

Now that the Bing cashback program has been closed, I am fairly certain this seller will find a different way to con other buyers into a discount. Please avoid.

EDIT: Also wanted to add how much of my time this seller has wasted. After each phone call, I was given a date by which the issue will be resolved (a week or two) and each time I had to call back only to be told about a new "problem" that the "Finance department" is working on. Finally I was asked to send an email confirming Bing did not give me a cash back so the finance department had evidence to approve the discount. I was told a check will be in the email within a week. Huge waste of time. Hopefully this review saves other people time, money and the hassle.
