"The FindingKing website is easy to navigate, I was able to choose from about 8 different shipping methods (with prices shown at checkout), and the merchandise arrived in record time. The website price (plus the cheapest shipping) was significantly better (25% less) than the same item offered by FindingKing via eBay. The item was excellently packed for shipping. I am very pleased to have found this unusual item (acrylic jewelry display risers) at a good price. You sure can't pick it up at your local Wal-Mart!"
"Avoid these people at all costs. This internet and especially EBay seller is a nasty piece of work. Just check their negative feedback on Ebay: 60+ complaints in the last month, nearly 500 in the last year. Many are for nonreceipt of merchandise which is the problem I had with them.
Items ordered Nov 25th were never received. USPS Delivery confirmation tracking showed that the items were returned to them 4 weeks after mailing. Findingking admitted as much in an email yet they would neither remail the items nor refund my payment ostensibly because by then I had filed a PayPal dispute. They said they could not process a refund unless I dropped the PayPal claim which is total nonsense. Astonishingly PayPal eventually ruled in Findingking's favor saying only the seller had supplied proof of mailing. Never mind that the USPO delivery confirmation tracked the items back to the sender. The tracking info in fact showed the merchandise went to Orlando Florida and then returned to the shipper. (I live in the US Virgins.) What is especially troubling is that Findingking obviously represented to PayPal that the item was in fact delivered. PayPal doing a sloppy investigation is bad enough but to think that a major online vendor would fraudulently misrepresent the facts in this manner is beyond belief.
Findingking is an example of the WORST the internet marketplace is capable of. They sell large quantities of low cost items with small profit margins. Customer service and brand loyalty are NOT part of their business model. Apparently integrity and honesty don't figure in either. Avoid them!

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This seller is famous for dealing fraudulently with buyers on the net and eBay. I bought an item that simply never arrived, and when I emailed them, they just ignored me. I finally dug up their true contact number: ***-***-**** (they are really called Phoenix Jewelers Supply at 2933 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 as you can find out by doing a Google search for "FindingKing" and "Phoenix". This information was also obtainable from findingking's own "about me" page on eBay when I looked. I called that number and spoke to them, and it is definitely them). Their excuse to me was that they use "Swedish Mail" and that's why I don't have my item two months later. I opened a dispute on eBay, they demanded that I withdraw my negative feedback, and as soon as I complied they walked away from the dispute and I heard no more. You would be crazy to buy anything from these people. I Googled "finding king avoid" (exactly like that, including quotations marks) and found a website created by a furious ex-customers of theirs, with many comments and disputes from other irate and cheated customers. I wish I'd seen that before sending them my money!
