"Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. Jim. "
"Ordered part and paid a core charge. Part arrived damaged. Had to pay for a replacement part and another core. Sent damaged part back. When it arrived back, I had to chase them for my refund which took days. The core charge on the replacement part I was told would take a week to refund after receiving core. I also had to pay to ship the core back which was $50. They will gladly take your money for parts but very slow to return it. Advise you not to call them on their automated system but to email and wait up to 24 hrs for a response. Not sure if I would use them again. Too much hassle. "

I called and spoke to Edwin, horrible Customer Service employee btw, and basically he told me that just because we HAD to use the wrong one so we didn't lose out on a HUGE job over the weekend that we were S.O.L. Asked for a Manager and after waiting on hold for a while, someone gets on phone who is on speaker phone and basically I couldn't hear him because he claims he's driving so I just hung up. How unprofessional. So sad that this company is even still in business. "BUYER BEWARE....Ordered parts from this company on a Thursday the expected ship date was Friday. On Monday no updates were made to my tracking so I submitted a tracking request. They said that it would not ship until Tuesday. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone they said that there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a shipping upgrade and the response I received was "if you pay for it". I said I wouldn't order from the company again and the response I received to that was "that's ok". So.... long story short it will take 2 weeks to get a part that I should have had in 3 to 5 days....."

Later a manager called me back and said he found the part so I requested they ship it next day air since I really needed it and done my part to ensure I would have it on time. He laughed and said keep dreaming. I told him to cancel the order which he said he would. 3 days later the part shows up. I request a return which I have now been working on for over a month and have not seen a credit. Over $400. Never dealing with them again!"
