"I bought some air filters for my gas furnace. Where I live there was only one company selling them at $100 a piece.
For 4 filters, it cost me quite a lot for shipping ($59) because I am in Canada but still, I got four filters for about 40% more than one filter here, plus I did not pay any taxes on it in Canada (13%), so I saved even more. I had to confirm by e-mail before they sent the packages because the shipping to Canada cannot be calculated from their website.
The items took two weeks to arrive, which is relatively good for an item this size. The filters come in bags that you can seal so that you can throw away your old filter without spreading dust all around the house.
Overall, shipping was expensive, but reasonable, can't complain, and the website never specified they were generic filters, but I kind of expected that because of the low price. The filters, when I compare them with the OEM, look exactly the same quality and fit perfectly.
I strongly recommend this website for canadian customers, until a canadian company can compete with them (and therefore save us shipping costs)."
