"I was very pleased with the service I got from the FileRetrieval in Beverly Hills, CA recently. Although they could not retrieve my data :( I had no doubt they tried everything they could and even had the unit shipped back to me with my back up hard drive I left "just in case" on their dime. I did pay the initial fee but no other charges were posted. They were highly referred to me by an aerospace company we work for occasionally. They'll do right by you! "

"I could not be more pleased with this company. My external drive was filled with photos, including some of my Mom just before she died, which I explained to them before sending it in for recovery. Unfortunately, there was too much damage and I lost about a third of the photos, including those of my mother, but the people at File Retrieval bent over backwards to help me out, and I am eternally grateful for their efforts. As for communications, sometimes there is a time lag, but most of that is from the volume of calls they try to handle. "Total Rip Off! Sent my cell phone for retreival of lost photos. Wanted over $600, when I said no they dropped it to about $400, then they dropped to $225. After I paid them, I never heard a thing. Called the toll free number, told to leave a message, never a reply. I finally got in contact with someone and they told me the data couldn't be retrieved. Quote has a 93% guarantee the data could be recovered. I think they just took my money and did nothing. Still haven't received the phone back. This should have been a simple job, completely disgusted!"
