"This was my second purchase from Figure 8 -- I was enticed to buy again because they'd sent an email reminder that my loyalty dollars would expire in two weeks unless used or transferred. Incredibly, even though I didn't pay for upgraded shipping (or anything for shipping at all since I also took advantage of a buy 2 bras for free shipping offer), I received my order the very next day. Talk about quick shipping! Customer service was also great -- they notified me of an error I made with a coupon code and credited me the difference without my asking (or even noticing my mistake). Even without the coupon code, I don't think I could've found a better price online, but since their service was so great the first time around (I needed quick help finding a "dressier" nursing-friendly dress and with sizing/selection of new bras) I was quick to return to Figure 8 first to see what new products they had in.
