"I ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding at fiftyflowers.com. The flowers arrived 6 hours later than promised causing the florist to be up half the night trying to put everything together. Some of the flowers were close to dead on arrival. The florist called immediately to let them know and was not given any information on making a formal complaint or getting a refund. After finally pulling the wedding off without being able touse all of the flowers, when we contacted customer service they were completely lacking. Sub par flowers and sub par customer service. Do not use this company."
