"Their website is somewhat difficult to use, but their prices made it worth the hassle and I received my supplies fairly quickly. The bottle of MEKP was leaking a bit but packaged well enough that it was contained.

Unfortunately, they overcharged me and have not been responsive.

I first emailed when I didn't receive an order confirmation, and I got no reply. I didn't know it had gone through until I received my products. I only noticed I had been overcharged when I got my credit card bill, which was for about $40 too much! I did not see a packing slip in the box, but I verified on my online order history that there was no additional tax, shipping or other fees above the "order total" that I had expected to pay.

I have emailed them three times in total but I have not received a single reply, over a month from my first email to them. I am currently disputing the amount of the overcharge with my card company.

UPDATE:

The disputed amount was reversed by my credit card company. The only other communication I have received from Fiberglass Supply was a blank email just afterward. "
