"I love Fenix products, but I will purchase them from elsewhere from now on. Customer Service was very poor was told by Kristin that they original ship date was just wrong, which was 2 weeks after the order was made. Then after another week and an ignored email later, i decided to try again, and got an insulting response from the supervisor Denise saying they have refunded my money and i can just try and order it later from one of their dealers, as they are the all mighty deliverer of Fenix products and noone will have them until Fenix outfitters does. Well she was wrong, they were in stock at a rival site, and their sutomer service was nice enough to offer a Promo code to save some money since it was my first order. I love the Fenix products but will do everything I can to order from someone other than these folks. Waiting more than 3 weeks to be told they didn't know when I would have the product.

IN Response: I understand about the dates being pushed out the problem was that is understandable, what i was disappointed in is that you left me in the dark on the matter, it was only known to me after i patiently waited 2 weeks and finally called and inquired. As far as the unanswered email, it was sent to the same email address that Denise responded back too, only it was sent a week prior to her response. And I was not offered a refund, my order was cancelled and I was told you refunded my money. "

"I just returned from the lowlands in Eastern Ecuador. I used my TK75 to locate night birds. particularly the Nocturnal Currasow and also other owls. Every time we turned on the light it lit up the trees like the sun and were even able to take pictures of the birds at night. The brightness at the distance is amazing. Everytime we turned it on everyone looked at each other and was WOWed!. I ordered the extra batteries to ensure light were there is no electricity to recharge. It is a great product and your web sight is easy to use. Also bought the TK15. Great room light.

I have one complaint however, The lens on my existing PD30 broke and I was unable to find a replacement on your site. Also I really liked the battery cases you offered however I was not able to find one for the 4 new 18650s I bought with my new charger. I really would hope to see these options offered soon. I do not like to get email advertisements from anyone (and so far non from you...thank you very much) however please notify if the replacement lenses and 18650 protective case becomes available.
