This time they cancelled it because the shipping cost was off and would cost more than I paid. Then they emailed saying they were looking at the wrong part and please submit again. After purchasing and cancelling twice, I gave up and ordered from someone else."

"Wrong Acura rear wheel bering parts were delivered even I called guy in part's department and gave him last 5 digit vin number before buying those. I called the part department and the guy said it was a special order(there was no such a statement when I order online!!) so he cannot give me refund. I had to start dispute charge with PayPal and this guy in part department only gave me 80% of money back. They said they charge re-stocking fee 20%. I read invoice they included in the box and they are supposed to charge me 15% of re-stocking fee!!. This Acura dealer guys in part department are totally swindlers!! Never buy anything from this dealer. First of all, I didn't even touch the parts and why do they charge re-stocking fee? I had to pay my all the delivery amount out of my pockets!! They're not supposed to sell anything thru their web like this if they keep deceiving customers like this. Their business ethics are like 1880s!! I sometimes buy from dealers directly and I never had such a problem like this!! Unbelievable!!!"
