"The actual customer service I received was excellent. They took the time to work with me to get my personal design to a quality standard. I am satisfied with the labels. My only complaint is the placement of the label on the cigars was not done to my expectation. The frontside of the cigars should display the front side of the label so the seams are not in front. That would have lead me to rate very satisfied."
