Their price was better (and they offer to match prices) and I got a formal proposal upon emailing them about having the same exact faucet in stock. The proposal came with the name and number of an employee who continued to be responsive to all of my questions via email and phone.
I ordered from their 800 number using the proposal number gotten earlier. The transaction was very pleasant. The faucet arrived in 2 days (3-5 days was promised) and was exactly what was ordered.
Compared to the other vendor, who doesn't appear to keep many, if any, items in inventory, faucet.com had this faucet - which is not a common one, in inventory.
