i WRITE THIS REVIEW ON THE BASIS THAT I HAVE NOT YET PUT THE COMPUTER TO USE AT THIS TIME.
THE FRIENDLINESS OF ALL CONCERNED WAS WITHOUT QUESTION, POINTING OUT THAT THIS EQUIPMENT WAS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT TO A CAR, IN THAT IT NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED PERIODICLY. tHIS COMPUTER NEVER HAD BEEN SERVICED AND WAS VERY SLOW.
THIS WAS THE SECOND ATTEMPT IN THE DAY TO CORRECT THE ERRORS ON THE MACHINE,
USIN THE MACAFEE TOLL FREE NUMBER ON BOTH OCCASIONS TO OBTAIN ASSITANCE IN INSTALLING THEIR PRODUCT, I WAS 1ST CONNECTED TO THE INDIAN SUB CONTITNENT AND CHARGED $60 FOR THE WORK, WHICH OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, THE MACAFEE SYSTEM WOULD NOT LOAD PROPERLY AS IT CONFLICTED WITH OTHER SYSTEMS NOT REMOVED. HENCE MY 2ND CALL, WHEN I WAS CONNECTED TO FAST FIX IN FLORIDA, WHO AGREED TO DO THE WORK AT A HUGELY HIGHER COST!
HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL. THOSE THAT i HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH HAVE ENGENDERED A DEGREE OF CONFIDENCE.
