"service was fast shipped and receive quickly product was under sized for the price i I believe the ad misrepresented the product they measured the height which was in fact 6 to 7 foot but the trunk was a twig prolly less than 3/4 an inch in diameter they were not 120.00 trees more like 29.00 trees. When i unpacked them they both had dead wood 12 to 18 inches of the top turns out that 1 of the 2 was in fact shipped dead. So the over all experience was bad "

"I ordered a bunch of trees and plants from Fast Growing Trees. I spent extra money and shipping for larger size trees. I ordered an apple tree that was suppose to be 6-7ft. It was maybe 4ft. While I'm sure the tree is in good condition the cost was over $200 after shipping. The trees at the local nursery are 3 times the size and fuller and are $60. My mistake for ordering them online. Same with a Lilac bush and butterfly bushes. I would go to a local nursery vs. ordering from here. I spent $850 on 3 trees and a few bushes. I could have paid 1/3 at a local nursery. "
"I ordered a Weeping Willow to replace a mature tree of same type that was blown over during our last hurricane. We tried hard to save the tree but it died over the winter. I ordered a 6'-8' tree and when it came I was skeptical that this STICK would actually grow. We put it in the ground about 3 weeks ago and it already has a ton of branches and leaves and has grown about 4 inches in height!

"We were unable to have a service for a family member that passed away while we sheltered in place during the Covid 19 crisis. All nurseries were shut down here in New York, so it was a joy that this tree could be delivered to us. We planted it in a temporary pot and call it "The Timmy Tree". "Ordered a Ruby Falls Redbud. When talking with a rep on the phone, I confirmed that this weeping tree should only get 6 to 8 ft tall and 4 to 6 ft wide, which is what everyone else´s sites say. Rep looked it up and confirmed that my numbers were correct for this specific tree and that they would change the description on the web site. To date, they have not done so. So gee, I certainly hope that what I got was indeed a Ruby Falls! It was well packaged, arrived in good condition, was at least as tall as specified it would be, and had a couple little buds starting. A follow up phone call with a rep gave me advice on how long I could wait to plant it, due to weather, and also suggested that I should actually remove as much of the burlap bag as possible, which contradicts what they say on their web site, but which makes sense to me, so that is what I did. It is planted, so now we will see how she grows!"
