Just avoid these people!

"Ordered 3 items, they claimed to have sent it and provided tracking but the tracking number was false. After asking them about this they then took two weeks to reply and claimed that the parcel had been sent back because a lithium battery I had ordered could not be sent to my country. This despite allowing me to make the order in the first place. They tried to give me a 'gift certificate' rather than a refund for the battery but eventually refunded it. The other two items are still sitting there though. 1.5 months later and they have still not shipped the items. That is a total of 4 months and the stuff hasn't even shipped yet. I've made a paypal claim for my money. Beware of these people!"

Worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid at all cost

"Thou their products appear relatively cheap, you will either wait eternity to receive your items, or you won't receive them at all. My latest attempt to by anything from them ended up with opened dispute and since they did not respond to that, i had to raise my claim to the paypal. The only thing fasttech's support were doing is telling me to wait , but never told me how long. And a response time is awful. When you open a ticket, it takes them 3-5 days to respond. So a simple conversation, which could last up to 10 minutes if we were talking live, took around 50 days."

Good store for vapes

"it's a good store for vaping i have been using these guys for the last half a decade consistently, sure we all remember summer of 2018 with the hit/miss customer service but those days are long gone. parcel doesn't arrive? the resend it or refund, never had a problem with them that they were not willing to work with me to fix the problem and now they have a shipping centre in usa for RMA. honestly i just wish you could pay with canadian dollars and not usd, the custumer service is quite amazing as of late, all orders have been made right, geez i'm not sure who was most frustrated the juggerknot clone took until the 5th replacement base to have afc that was able to be used, the fatality for a gap in the deck i get a perfect replacement, not to mention nightmare vandy vape, fasttech warranty is better from experience, the X rda still ****, got a replacement because the 510 came stuck on sqounk mode and well that rda just **** more than tony b with **** my mods tiny mouth.

perfect place to buy DNA250C devices and others since they offer 6 month warranty and they stand by it. (your smok broke after 90 days? fasttech has you covered for another 90 days)

honestly great customer support and have had a in average a very good experience every time and no sour taste in the mouth, i know that if a product arrives with defects or the defect shows up after a month of use, they always make it right, which is one of the reasons i come back.

prices might not be as competitive as they used to be in 2016 when they used to beat every price, but it's still competitive, the warranty on atomizers is a big reason to use fasttech, avoid the Lynsen clones tho. shipping to canada takes about 2 weeks don't cheap out and pay for e-canada post unless you don't mind waiting a month to a month and a half for parcels, i have yet to have an untracked order not arrive tho and it's useful for micro-purchases for things that you will need later.

every veteran vaper uses fasttech because it's reliable and they do make an effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Highly recommended compared to a lot of other vape sites in usa and china this one is in the top 5 except in the summer of 2018... that was horrible new customer service, glad it's back to great and not having to have a big back and forth.

what i learned when your device has a problem or is DOA or something is to make a video or two showing the problem and saying what the problem is upload it to wetransfer, open a ticket put the ticket number on wetransfer board with the videos and submit the ticket with the video and explanation of the problem it saves a day or two of back and forth and you get the device fixed or replaced quite faster than opening a ticket only with photos and description since they will ask for a video just skip that step and give the video saves time although the results would be the same.

I have been using this site for half a decade and plan on continuing to use it, the main reason being customer service.


funny thing is that local vape shop managers and staff get their personal gear from fasttech themselves as they want items the stores don't usually carry, what is sad is to see stores like hindus vapes indiscriminately scratching the fasttech logo off the clones and selling the products as authentic, sure the staff and the blind sheep will say this is not a good site while at the same time using it themselves.

it's probably the best vape shop in china and second only to varitube in usa, great customer service, don't be a **** they need the video to show it to the manufacturer so they get the replacement for you, otherwise how can you tell what is wrong and how to fix the customers items if they don't want to ship it in or the value of the item is low?

TL;DR great shop for vaping hardware, recommended, even the guys that own vape shops use fasttech so there's no problem about it being legit.

You have been warned the competition does NOT want you to use fasttech specially if they resell fasttech clones as authentic they do NOT want you to know that and will lie to make sure you don't know and pay them more.

I i've made over 118 orders only ONE did not arrive and that was thanks to dhl since it was against german laws or something and i was refunded, i would say i'm satisfied with 85% of my purchases and the other 15% was just choosing the wrong item or jumping on the hype train.

this site is 100% legit but not as cheap as it was in 2016, long gone is the lowest price beat guarantee but at least the customer service is quite good and if you put photos describe problem plus video the reply is usually asking if you want refund or replacement.

so pretty much don't need it now? free shipping, need it now? e-post. will it get to you? yes what if it doesn't? well it will take a bit of time but you will be refunded as they do launch an investigation with the shipping company to see where it is, good company.

Lying about shipping & no communication

"Paid for express shipping, they updated my order as shipped the next day but didn't actually ship until over a week later. Didn't get my items in time before leaving on my holiday, which was the reason I paid extra for express. Sent two support inquiries and received no response to either even after another week of waiting. 0/10, definitely would NOT recommend using these guys."

Terrible customer service to replace a defective component.

"Terrible customer service for a defective component within a $200 dive light (Acebeam). FastTech said it was the responsibility of the manufacturer; the manufacturer said it was the responsibility of the seller (FastTech). Not going back to either one."
