"VERY unhappy with fancyladies.com... Because of the prices and beautiful selection of dresses I decided to have my bridesmaids order from here, they were all to pick a chiffon Dress in chartreuse color ( I ordered a couple color swatches and that was the color I liked the most). My girls ordered their dresses in the same color but got mis matching colors. The dresses say they are chartreuse but some are different shades, none of them match the color Sample I ordered. My maids dress is not at all like the picture, I looks horrible, we have to take it to a seamstress so she can rework the whole dress. Really wishing I Didnt choose this site for my bridesmaid dresses. You have basically ruined my wedding."

Fancyladies said they reply within 24 hours if there ar any queries. No they don't. Their quick enough to take your money but not answer queries you have. When I have sorted out my problem. I will not be using this website again. "

I have called and emailed, cannot find my "order number" online, or my account, etc. I have not heard from anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the proper agencies. I have never received my merchandise and never received a refund for the $300+ spent on dresses, that will not be worn since the events have long passed. Stick with who you know ladies!"

"I am in love FANCYLADIES.COM! I read the reviews below and I understand people want their orders quickly, but I think people need to understand that we are buying things from a place MANY countries away from the USA, so shipping will take some time. Our orders probably travel through 8 different countries and inspected at customs in those countries 14 different times. So it will take time and if you have a little patience, you won't be disappointed once that package reaches your door and you open it to find the most adorable, fashion foward, well made items. Soon as you see what you bought, you'll forget that it took 3 weeks to arrive. I know I did. They didn't disappoint me, and never have. Which is why FL is #1 in my book.
I know a lot of US people want to buy American-made products only, but FANCYLADIES offers what the US doesn't, and they do it for a fraction of the cost. And let's face it...in this economy, the average American woman cannot spend a lot of money on fashion. But FancyLadies makes it so we can buy gorgeous, well made fashion items, that fit our small budgets. I can buy 3 formal dresses, a corset, 2 pairs of shoes, a bathing suit, and a few beauty products like makeup, for the CHEAPER than what I would pay for ONE pair of shoes at the discount shoe store 5 miles from my house. So the answer is easy- FancyLadies is the only place we should be spending our hard earned money. They make us look and feel beautiful with their huge selection of merchandise for the absolute lowest prices you will ever find. And the merchandise is such AMAZINGLY FLAWLESS & high end quality!
On top of all that, The customer service and customer care team with this company are the most caring, efficient customer care team around. They aim to please and will never ever leave you unhappy. They aren't happy if their clients aren't happy and do whatever it takes to make you feel satisfied. They value us and are so respectful and kind. They even answer the smallest of detailed product question within a couple of hours if you ask on their website. You can ask "is the stitching in this top blue or black?" And they will go inspect the garment for you to answer your question & they do it QUICKLY. Which is amazing to me considering the time difference between the US and Asia. Sometimes it will be a question I ask at noon here in the states, and by 4pm here in the states...my question is answered. This option to ask questions on each item's page makes us feel confident in what we are buying. It makes us feel better about spending our hard earned money. And FancyLadies knows this and that's why they've always treated me and other customers with the highest standards and care and respect.
Bottom line- their line of products are gorgeous, well made, tailored to fit perfectly, and for like 90% less than the cost of items ANYWHERE ELSE, whether in the Store in your town or the other Internet stores. Customer service couldn't be any greater. They CARE about their clients. Not many businesses actually care. FancyLadies goes the extra mile for us.
All of this is why I love this company, and it's why I highly recommend them to any fashion loving woman who wants quality & style for a low low cost. Fancy Ladies is the answer! I think everyone weary of ordering from another country for the first time should really just have faith that you really are in good hands with this company. My only complaint is that there isn't a fancy ladies at the mall near my house here in the US. Maybe some day though..... ;-) "

"I ordered a dress back on 12/6/12 and the tracking number they gave me was wrong. I emailed fancy ladies on 1/28/13 and they said it was wrong and gave me a different one and said my pckage would take about a month to arrive. The nes tracking number they gave me was wrong also. It is now April 2013 4 months after my order and i still have not received a package. I emailed fancy ladies again today to see what escuse they give now. Never ordering from this site again."
