I had never heard of them before, and I didn't particularly like that you have to register at their site when you buy.
But anyway, the order was shipped quickly.

"Terrible customer service, beare big time. Have no clue what CS is. Bought a SF4 arcade stick, never got an invoice, never got confirmation. Arrives 4 days later and after being ignored fr 4 days. I emailed them, called them. The stick was broken, one of the buttons didn't work. Called, emailed again and these idiots still didn't respond. I finally went through Madcatz Inc. and they gracially accepted the return. Just pathetic, stay away from this idots, I don't even know why they have a phone number listed, it's never answered. "I was looking for a bluetooth kit for my car, therefore I Googled the particular type that I was looking for. The search returned three different online companies, in which two of them I had not heard of. Fadfusion had the best price, but it happened to be one of those companies. I was not comfortable with purchasing a product from a company that I had never heard of.

I went onto www.bbb.com to research the two companies before I made a purchase. Unfortunatley, it did not give me enough information on either of the companies. I came on to this website and read all of the reviews concerning Fadfusion and found it "very helpful".

I purchased my device and UPS delivered it a few days later. Very, very satisfied with my experience with Fadfusion!

"Went to these folks to order 100 Panasonic lm-br50de 50gb Blu-ray DVD's from froogle -- the froogle price was $20.99 each but when I went to order from their site the price was $34.99. I did not order; they told me that they update their site pricing more often than does Froogle. I rely on froogle. Would never buy from these folks. Their customer service was good in emailing me back and forth but they are lowballing Froogle."

"There is no customer service telephone number to call this company, only email contact. It is poor customer service at best. In the end, I did receive a full refund but it was a very frustrating experience."

I wrote in to complain about the shipping costs (which were $5 on beachaudio.com but they were out of stock) and I received this email....and my order was cancelled which I did NOT request. "The items you ordered combine to weigh almost 90lbs. Please tell us where you can find these items shipping for $5 shipping and where most of the shipping cost isn't already included in the price. We suggest you go to the UPS site and see if you can ship 90lbs for $5 anywhere. The truth is UPS charges a surcharge for items weighing more than 70lbs. Since you are so unhappy with the cost of shipping, we are going to cancel this order and refund your payment. Good luck finding this item instock with $5 shipping elsewhere.

"This is my first order from this company. Ordered a home theatre wall plate on the 3rd and recieved it on the fifth. All around positive experience."

"I made a large purchase (over $600) from this merchant and had a problem with my order. I contacted the company and they confirmed that someone on their side made an error. This, in and of itself, would not have been a major problem except that they didn't do anything to correct the problem. They basically just told me "sorry" and I haven't heard from them since then, though I have emailed and called several times (the phone always goes to an answering machine so you never get to talk to anyone).

This company has good prices but their customer service is practically non-existent. So, buyer beware. I will not be ordering from them again and I recommend looking for a more established company. The deal you thought you were getting may turn out to be more expensive than you thought."
