"ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. I can't even stress how terrible this company is. I have been going back and forth by e-mail (since they do not contact by phone) for over two months now. I ordered a dress for an event I was attending in December. It took over two weeks for the dress to arrive and after trying on the dress it did not fit properly. I have been wearing the same size dress for over 10 years now and the fit was made for someone who is two dress sizes smaller. I immediately contacted the company and they asked that I send pictures of the fit dress. I sent pictures that day and they said I could return the dress and upon inspection they would determine if there would be a refund. I would need to pay to have item shipped back. At this point I needed the dress for the following week so the dress would be as no use to me because it would not be shipped here in time. I shipped the dress back and a month later it finally arrived to the company. I was told I would be refunded 30% or they could ship me out a new dress and I would have to pay for shipping. I could go on for days about the ignorance of this company. They are not customer friendly and are VERY vague with their wording. I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim with this company. They will now proceed to go after this fraud company and hopefully will be able to take proper action against them. Never order from them. THeir dresses are WAY overpriced and if they do not fit properly you DO NOT get your money back."
"Do Not Order From this company!!! We ordered a prom dress and paid extra for having it made to order and shortened. The dress that arrived was a joke. The measurements were all wrong, threads were sticking out everywhere and the zipper looked like it was sewn by a novice. I sent them photos but once they had our money there was no response back. Don't waste your time--there are plenty of legitimate companies out there."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM FABHOMECOMINGDRESS!!! We ordered a prom dress for my daughter exactly one year ago. We ordered a size 4 and the dress that we received had a bust size of at least a size 12. After sending numerous photos of the dress showing a measuring tape on the bust of the dress and visiting many local tailors that also confirmed the incorrect size, FabHomecomingDress asked us to send the dress back. "They could not determine an error by looking at the photos". I reluctantly sent the dress back but was hopeful that we could at least get a partial credit. We did not receive any kind of credit and I have been unable to get a response from them. We are out $200.00!!"
"If you are considering purchasing a dress from FabHomecomingDress for any type of special occasion--DON'T! My daughter purchased her prom dress from FabHomecomingDress last year. To list a few of the problems: it came several weeks late, she ordered and paid for an advance swatch of the fabric only to have it sent with the dress (lot of good that did since the dress arrived only days before prom and her boyfriend had nothing to match colors to), she tried it on only to discover a straight pin had been left inside which was now sticking her, it did not fit properly, the rouching was not tacked down so the dress was literally coming apart, seams and the zipper had been ripped out and resewn (you could see the previous seams), there were approximately three large stains in the fabric, and the workmanship was worse than sloppy/shoddy (the hem could have been better done by a two year old). I cannot stress enough what a mistake this purchase was. To make matters worse, it is next to impossible to contact them and my daughter has not been compensated a single penny. Please don't be taken by the positive reviews--they are bound to turn out a decent dress once in a while. Look instead at the number of reviews by victims like my daughter who got their dress late, received it in unwearable condition, or did not receive their dress at all! And I have not read a single review from one of these victims that says customer service was helpful and they were able to recoup their money. Even if you had a good initial experience, I would not be willing to take the chance on a second dress."
"I ordered my prom dress this year from Fabhomecomingdress.com, and it was one of the WORST online shopping mistakes I have ever made. First of all, I ordered it and gave a "by the latest" receive date, and it was one week late of that date. I had ordered a $300 burgundy colored dress that had a lace bottom with a high slit. The dress came in a BRIGHT red color, and the slit was not even a real slit. The beading on it looked nothing as how it looked on the picture online. It looked cheap and completely inaccurate. I was not pleased with it at all. After that incident, I quickly tried to contact the website, but the only contact information was an input to email them and a promise that we would be contacted back within 24 hours. After nearly 5 days and four emails, we finally heard back with a "we think the color looks fine. hope you like it :-)" It was not only offensive, but it also angered us quite a bit. We asked for the money back, and we are still having a dispute against the company involving my bank as well. It has been an incredibly frustrating process, and I warn you to NEVER BUY A DRESS FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT WILL ONLY END IN DISAPPOINTMENT."
"Ordered a prom dress for my daughter. It never came in and we cannot reach anyone to get our money back. The site said it shipped 6 days in advance of the prom date. We were given no courier name or tracking number. I called every courier (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) listed on their web site and found no record of it. Do NOT buy from FabHomecomingDress. We learned a valuable lesson about online ordering."
"This was the worst mistake i have ever made. I bought my prom dress online. Even though i read online reviews and decided to not pay any attention to the bad ones, i still went on with the order. I paid $179 for a dress i thought would not only be cute, but also make me look amazing for prom. When it arrived, the rhinestones on the dress looked horrible and nothing like the picture, they were falling off and had scratches all over them. The material was poorly sewed. When i emailed them about it "Debbie" told me she could only give me $15 back. Now i have no dress to wear to prom which is in 2 weeks, and no money back to get a new one. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

"My daughter ordered a dress from here and I checked the reviews of this place the next morning. Upon reading them I thought no way are we taking the chance. Went on theIR website no phone number, in China, only email and no live chat available anytime I had tried? Left a message through the live chat link it takes you to. Two days later no response sent another email, no response. Sent one more indicating the attempts and no response. Finally a week later an email from a Debbie and says I checked order and it is processing should ship by 5/11/13. Did she not read the email I sent? I sent one back immediately, two days later she responds and says no refund unless you contact the next day. Again, do they not read the emails, do they speak english? Again, told her I did contact you and stated it in my email. I have since then filed a dispute with Paypal regarding this. It has been 3 days again and no response. I check our order online and still processing with a note saying shipping in 8 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.......WOW!"
"I ordered a dress from here for my prom and it did not turn out anything like i expected it to. While it shipped 2 weeks early, the state of it told me it was just throw together and sewed. A few other friends of mine ordered dresses there too. One had seen the exact same dress in a store before ordering it online. When she got it, it was horribly put together and looked like they had sewed a dead bird on it. The others friends dress hasn't even come in yet."

I tried to contact PayPal, but they told me it was the dress company issue and that there was nothing they could do. I still have not been able to contact this company, and would really like my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and if you do, be sure your payment is correct."

My daughter tried it on and it fit exactly as we had ordered it. The detail in the dress was incredible. The customer service we received trying to get the dress was very helpful and responded within 24 hours. "the dress did not look like the picture. it was stiff, oversized and cheap looking. It looked like a cheap costume. My daughter did not wear it. when i asked for my money back, they offered to give my only 20% back. I had to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back.
The company is in China, and not in the US. if you don't like the dress they will send you, you will not be able to get your money back (unless you complain to PayPal)"

To my surprise, I am 100% SATISFIED!!! The dress came quicker than I thought, it is just as beautiful as I hoped it would be. The quality is awesome. I will continue to order dresses from you.
