"I ordered a 32x32 standing arrangement all in white flowers . It was from all of his brothers and sisters. When I arrived at the funeral I saw nothing like that. I finally realized that the small tabletop 12x12 arrangement that was all pink was supposed to be from us. It was pretty but not what I had ordered and I paid over $200 for it. I called FTD and they refunded half the money but that couldn't make up for the embarrassment and anger we felt at our little brother's funeral. It was supposed to be a tribute to him. "

"Sent the bonsai gardenia to my friend who lost her mother. She was thrilled and loved that it will last long past flowers. This was the only plant that was beautiful and not the typical peace lily. "
