"Shipped different/wrong brake pads(would fit my car but more expensive and more important, I had bad previous experience with these pads). As advised by the Customer Service/owner I refused the package and reordered. Received the correct parts shortly, however I am still waiting for the refund credit. Because my credit card bill is due I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and thankfully I received conditional credit while they investigate the problem.
Make sure you order the correct part, hope that they don't ship the wrong part and everything should be allright. If you however will be entitled/expect a credit, you'll need to start praying 'cause I'am afraid you won't see it anytime soon. Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
I need to mention that the main character working the phones is quite rude, so hopefully you will not have to deal with him. I believe his name is Sean.
