"Claim "Hassle Free Returns", but they are the furthest thing from a hassle free return. For starters, they make you pay for the return already not hassle free. Secondly , and most mind-boggling, they FORCE YOU to put the shipping box into a different box so they can re-use the shipping box. This is absolutely insane to me. The representative said "you can find some free boxes at your local supply store". Making me go to another local supply store is NOT HASSLE FREE. Lastly, the return costed me $95!! I don't understand how they get away with this and I will definitely be reporting it on multiple outlets so people can see this. They do not put their customers first, they pass down whatever costs they can to their customer. I hope they go out of business one day—genuinely."
