DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE -DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I ordered a top for my husband for our silver wedding anniversary. I paid £6.95 for express delivery so it would be here on time. It arrived three days late. I did not get any communication or support from this store. I had obviously had to go out and buy another gift and so when it arrived it was of no use to me. I tried to arrange a return. It said charges to post would be £4.08. I called customer services who assured me if I sent it I would be refunded all costs. So I paid nd returned the goods. They first refunded the cost of the top. I had to wait days for a response to refund the charges for express delivery. I then waited further days to cay request for the refund of return postage to be told today I will not be entitled to that. This is absolutely disgraceful. My anniversary was ruined as I had no gift to give, and after waiting nearly a month I am now out of pocket. It is not the money £4.08 is not going to break the bank it’s the principal. I am disgusted with your store and will never use again "

"If I could give zero stars I would, I had purchased a hat online and have been waiting for almost two months. I had messaged the customer service email and they had said it would arrive on July 9, 2019 and it is now July 28, 2019 and I still have not received the hat. I sent 2 emails one for every week that has passed and they have not replied to me at all. It seems like there store is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THE STORE. I REPEAT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING."

Unable to even order

"Tried to order as a Guest. Order failed. Customer said I need to Register. Tried to register using four different browsers, and not once would the registration complete. No error message, no code, nothing. After trying a dozen times, I give up."

Unfortunate Christmas gift rip off for my son

"Extremely disappointing with their customer service. Bought 274 dollars worth of merchandise. No confirmation sent. Called 2 weeks later from USA and they said they decide not to send me the merchandise because one items was not available. So my question is, why not send me the available items? F1 store said they would send me the remaining 2 items. I am still waiting. Looked at my credit card, and they reimbursed me 210 dollars. With the transaction fees they still owe me around 72 dollars and they never sent me the merchandise These gifts were for my son for Christmas.
THANK YOU F1 Store.
Beware and careful before buying from F1 store. I wish people would just do the right thing in life.

It's been 2 weeks with no sign of my package.

"I ordered december 1st and on december 2nd, my package was supposedly "dispatched". The item was said to arrive in 5-10 days and now it's been 14 days. I have written to the F1 store customer service and have not gotten a response. The products are expensive and i even had to pay $9 for shipping! Ridiculous. If I do not get it by this upcoming Monday, I will file a dispute with my bank. "

"Nearly 2 weeks on my order has not arrived. They dont even send confirmation it has left the warehouse. Is it ever coming? Wouldnt buy thru them again."

Bad customer service

"I made an order and paid the Standard mail service. I asked them to ship by standard mail, so I didn't have to pay for custom fees at arrival - Brazilian law excepts customs fees only by standard mail, and not by courier.
But THE F1 STORE sent my goods by Express mail (DHL).
Now, DHL is charging me 140% more of the price I already paid, and that's all THE F1 STORE fault, as they sent my order by courier and not by standard mail, as I ordered and paid for.
But worst of all, I've sent 9 e-mails to the customer services team and they all gave me the same answer and didn't read my messages at all.
Really poor customer services. The worst I ever experienced.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THE F1 STORE. I ordered a t-shirt, it arrived faulty. I emailed them asking to exchange it and they gave me instructions on how to send it back and also to include the receipt for my return postage in the parcel and they would refund this too. In the meantime, the t-shirt I wanted went out of stock so they told me they would be refunding my whole order. I asked them to make sure they also refunded the return postage costs, they told me to send the receipt, I told them I did and that they should already have it. I then receive a reply saying it had all been processed so I checked my bank account but they had only refunded the initial order and not the return postage cost. I sent a complaint email, they took a week to reply and I had to chase them 3 times. The supervisor replied saying they had lost my receipt but if I advised on the cost they would process my refund, which I did. I have now received another email from a totally different person asking me to send a copy of the postage receipt!!! The absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered. They do not read emails and questions properly, their replies are vague and you get a reply from someone different each time who has no idea what is going on. Beyond frustrating. Will never be ordering from them again. "

"I ordered an item and paid for it, 4 days later I get an email saying the item is out of stock. I had ordered 2 other shirts and wanted to replace the one they sold me (that they didnt actually have) with another shirt, but they cannot change an order once it has gone through, even though it hadnt shipped (that doesnt make sense). So i asked for free shipping on the replacement shirt and the email I got back said they would give me free shipping BUT the email did not say how I redeem my free shipping, so another email and another 4 days later they say I have to call and place the order over the phone for free shipping, I live in Canada so I have to wake up at midnight to call i guess. I also got an email saying I get 10% off my next order but there is no code or explanation of how to redeem said offer. My dog could run this business better."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THE F1 STORE. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought an item off of there totaling about $20 with 10$ shipping. The very next day they sent me a promotional email showing my item 10% off and free shipping. I send an email asking if I can get refunded the difference. I receive a canned response saying the item has shipped and it will take up to 14 days. I DID NOT ASK ABOUT SHIPPING! I send out another reply asking them to READ the email and that I am inquiring about a refund. No response for 4 business days. I send another email saying I had an additional charge on my bank statement and threatening to dispute the transaction with Mastercard if they do not reply back about my previous issue. I get another canned response saying that they "reviewed" my account and that the charges are a conversion fee. Ok, so what about my unanswered question from a week ago? Still no response even after I keep replying with the same question about reimbursement and have yet to receive a response. "
