"I appreciated the great price. However, it's somewhat deceiving that you purchased and paid for an item that is not actually available. There should be a disclaimer as to how long it may take to actually receive your item. I shouldn't be charged until the items has shipped. It took at least a month to get my sunglasses. Plus, I had to reach out to find out the status. I only received 1 email/text saying my order was received and being processed. Yet, I continously received texts and emails about sales. I didn't even have the first pair I ordered. Why would I want to purchase another? Just be transparent and upfront about the process."
