"BEWARE of blatant misrepresentation. Website home page clearly states "We offer price match guarantee". Instead they guarantee to reply that they cannot match prices, and a major reason was that the sunglasses were rare????! The live chat was never active and the only communication was (per most feedback below) from Jonathan. What appears to be a professional company behind a well set out website to promote confidence in their service quickly reveals itself to be more of a back office one man show of over promise and under deliver.
Like many small companies, you can also read (just a few) glowing feedback entries which is fully under their control, or better here with somewhat more of a balanced view.
I did notice however, as I have sleuthed in the past, that the glowing almost poetic marketing style positive feedback remarks here all come from unimaginative user/profile names that have a strikingly similar structure in name and content. Hmmmm

"i ordered glasses from this companies website on 6/20/12. The webite states that you will be notified when the product ships, after waiting three days of waiting to be notified of the ship date, I called and left a voice mail ( nobody ever answers the phone number listed on the website). after a couple days I received a call back from a Jonathan S. he stated that the glasses would ship in a couple of days. After several more days, i emailed asking for a tracking number. I received a reply stating that the order would be shipped in a couple of more days. Guess what, never received a tracking number. After several more days, I emailed and requested that my order be cancelled since it had been over a week and I had not received the glasses nor could anyone provide me with proof of shipping. He refused to cancel the order as well as refusing to refund my credit card back. I have emailed several times since and each time I am given the run around by this guy named Jonathan. in short it has been 16 days since i ordered these and I have not received the glasses nor has my credit card been refunded. I have everything in email; should anyone want proof of the timeline and responses."

"I would like to warn potential customers from awful service they supposed to get from Eyewearpros.com.
This company misleads their customers by publishing that they have the items in the stock, whereas actually they do not have. I had been wait for Oliver people's sunglasses during the whole month, and after enormous email exchange with their customer service , I eventually had canceled the order. Every time I had contacted their customer service, I was told that it should take another few days / week/ 1-2 weeks and eventually I was told that my item will arrive in mid of April, (month and a half after initial order date!!!). Really hard feeling of being misleaded for whole month. "
