"Firstly, they have no contact number. (Red Flag number one) When I asked them to call me they used a skype number so I couldn't call them. They seem to have a delayed response to their email, at least a day every time I tried to contact them.
2) They apparently have a US warehouse address but the product was not sent from within the US, so it had to clear customs. (Red Flag number two).
3) Their online ordering website doesn't allow them to tell what color preferences you selected when you were shopping. They had to ask me via email what I had actually ordered.
4) When you log in to check your order it doesn't list the correct prescription information that you put in. Yet to see if they got that right.
5) The processing time took 8 business days, not the 3 days they listed. Alarmingly, I was actually told on day three that my prescription glasses were ready, so it took them five days to actually post them. On day 8, they told me they had to check the prescription glasses (a blatant lie; clearly they were not aware that they had already sent me an email saying they were ready on day three).

I'm yet to get the items I ordered, so I will add if there are any more problems.

Do not shop here! Especially not for prescription glasses.
