"I was browsing the internet hoping to find a website where I can buy prescription sunglasses. I came across this website(eyegoodies.com) and they so happen to carry the pair of sunglasses I wanted. As I was looking through their website I found out that they customize RX sunglasses. I was pretty ecstatic because it's like hitting two birds with one stone, I found the pair of sunglasses I wanted PLUS they can be made to RX lenses!
At first, I was pretty skeptical buying from this website because I wasn't sure if the website is legit or products are authentic. But I searched the web about this website and I've read great reviews about them. So I gave it a shot and finally decided to buy from this website.
Eyegoodies' customer service is fantastic! (Thanks to miss Amy Townsen) I've had so many inquiries, but the customer service was very prompt with their reply. They will reply to you within the same day! I thought they would get tired of me because I kept on asking them so many things but they were very nice. The customer service and website is awesome, awesome, awesome. They shipping was very fast too they came 3 days after they were shipped. Although the processing took a little longer (almost a week maybe) since they were custom made lenses.
In case you guys are wondering about the pair of sunglasses I got. They were the Super Ciccio Francis Black and Gold. They were perfect and looked very chic. The quality of the sunglasses is impressive. Although I was just a bit dissatisfied with the box/case that came with it. It's was a bit dirty but I guess it's fine.
All in all, I love eyegoodies. Don't hesitate to order from them. I've had great experience from this website and I wanna share this to future customers. I will definitely going to order more from this website. I'll even recommend it to my friends. I wish this website would get more recognition because they deserve it! "I was looking around different type of frame (for my new prescription glasses), and I fell in love with a ray ban frame (a chic geek style):)
After I visited many optical in the city, I decided also to look online (just in case I was able to find some good deals). I found Eyegoodies, and I saw that they were very well furnished, I found the frame that I was looking for, and with my surprise, they were selling it at 45% less then in the most cheap optical store that I visited before. I searched a bit on internet to see how was the general opinion of other customers, and everything was very positive. At that point I decided to order them, and unfortunately, in that time my model was out of stocks at Eyegoodies. They wrote me back and told me that I was suppose to wait around 1/2 weeks if I wanted that frame, or I could chose another frame and have it send straight the way. I decided to wait, and in the meantime the Eyegoodies customer service took very good care of me, they updated me about the status of my order many times, and they also gave me another 10% discount due to this time delay. Today I received my glasses, and are super fantastic, the lens are super cool, and the frame is perfect. What I can say more about Eyegoodies? They are just SUPER FANTASTIC, and I become one of their loyal client. Next time I need a pair of glasses (sun or prescription) I already know where I need to look...If every business have a customer service like the one in Eyegoodies I believe that the world could be a really better place:)"

I read a few reviews and with the new found confidence I ordered my sunglasses only hoping to receive them in one piece. "I can not say good enough things about eyegoodies.com. Customer service is impeccable, even though they don't have a phone number available, they answer the e-mails quickly. Shipped my order almost immediately I placed it and sent it priority mail, so I received it in two days.

"Very reliable indeed. There were no phone numbers to contact them so I was very skeptic on buying from their website. The only communication is through email. The prices were so tempting and the agent agent guaranteed that they are authentic products.
Found out that the email responses were actually fast, of course give or take a few minutes to assume perhaps the agent is taking a pee or lunch break. All my emails were actually replied to.
Ordered the Ray-Ban RX 5169 Havana on Green. Sales agent notified me right away that the color I wanted is not available and offered me a different color for the same size and also offered me 10% off lens and frame for the hassle. I said cancel the order and they did. Received email after a few hours to tell me that they indeed have the one I wanted on stock. Although the discount is for a different color, the agent still applied that to my original order.
Desperate to have my glasses for my upcoming trip, I told agent (Amy Townsend) if she could do something to speed it up and she did. Order was completed in two days and it was delivered two days after, from NYC to West Coast with tracking info.
I went to my optometrist to check the authenticity of the Ray-Ban, the polycarbonate lens, and the AR coating and she confirmed that they were all genuine. The Ray Ban is original, the lens is indeed polycarbonate and the AR coating is very obvious.
I had pleasant experience dealing with them so I will definitely buy from them again on my next vision insurance eligibility (they don't accept insurance so I had asked my vision insurance to reimburse me).
My technique is to go to LensCrafters or Pearle Vision, try the frames, remember the model # and size, go back to Eyegoodies' website and lookup that model."

When I first looked into getting sunglasses from here I saw that they can make any pair with RX lenses and that's exactly what I did. I was skeptical at first until I contacted customer service for their help and immediately my questions were answered with all the information I needed to make my final decision and buy the pair of sunglasses I wanted. I ended up getting SUPER Andrea (Black) with RX lenses and they were more than what I expected, very professional lens job for sure.
