"My first impression of eyeglasses 123 was being very impressed with the service. I live in Australia and the order from eyeglasses 123 was on my doorstep in 7 days. That's when my impression changed. The wrong glasses were delivered. On enquiring about sending these back I was told I needed to pay for the return of the glasses and on receipt of the glasses and copies of the return dockets and the cost will be refunded. I did receive the correct glass three weeks later but no refund for the postage. This was in October 2011. It is now January 2012 and after numerous correspondence, still no refund.
The pricing is very good for name bands compared with Australia and if the after sales service is improved, I hay give then another chance. "
