"Ordered a pair of Polo sunglasses on June 13 and received them July 2. They were knock offs. My return was sent out on July 3. I had to pay return shipping to Montreal and have yet to receive my refund, 11 days and counting.
Can anyone help me with an approach to get a refund from these criminals?

I found their website easy to navigate first of all. Secondly, I had some questions I wanted answered before I made a purchase, so I called their number. My glasses needed ‘prism’ to help correct my double vision woes and I just wanted to know a few other fine tune details. I have to say that customer service was friendly and very helpful. Good help is hard to find these days, so a definite “thumbs up” to their staff. And finally, who can go wrong with free shipping over $99? I received my order super fast, thank goodness. "I went to Lens crafter's to have an eye exam and to purchase glasses about 2 months ago. I was long over due to get my eyes checked and pretty much in desperate need for new glasses. After being stuck in lens crafter's for 3 hours I was told I'd have my glasses in 2 weeks. Admittedly, I am no authority on how long it takes to get glasses but I found it odd that a place that advertises "glasses in an hour" wouldn't have a more timely alternative. I bit my lip and agreed to their conditions for the hefty sum of $480 dollars. Later that night I received a call from Lens crafter's that the $480 I paid was not the correct price and they had forgotten to add on the $80 for the exam. $560 now! And I picked the cheapest frames they had in my style! And the lenses were "half off!" I knew of cheaper places like Walmart etc...but I thought you paid more at places like Lens Crafter's so you COULD have glasses in an hour! I vented my frustration on Twitter and someone told me about Eyeglasses4all.ca. I figured it was a done deal though. A few people made jokes that I would get the wrong lenses at Lens Crafter's and I paid it little mind. Then that's exactly what happened! I cancelled my order with them and just received my glasses from Eyeglasses4all. I am thrilled! They're stylish and cost $99 bucks. How are Lens Crafter's still in buisness? Well, I am about to order more glasses. Please don't go to Lens Crafter's. It's borderline retarted when eyeglasses4all is clearly the better Co."

I made a mistake of ignoring all the reviews about the bad service because the prices were very appealing.
I don't know where to start, they took my purchase very efficiently, no hold ups there! First it took 2 months to get 3 glasses, never let me know they were delayed or anything, i must have called 5 times, reps had no clue why they were held up and made up dates when i d receive the shipment but would never arrive. Finally got them and returned 2 out of 3 since they didn't fit, it s been 6 months and still cant get my money back, i called 8 times and counting and every time totally incompetent yet polite service reps, Emma, Julie and Paris promise me that my money will be put back within a day but never happens...at the end their manager was gonna do it and confirm it with me but never happens...then they said the regional manager would do it but only in on a certain day, never happened! i am not sure how i will get my money back but definitely ticked off about it. Just complete unprofessionalism!I mean all the lies and promises, no customer courtesy or loyalty, They are not able to refund a simple purchase, no one seems to know how! Unless they do it on purpose to deter me from repeatedly asking for my money back! Who knows! I ve been polite all along with them but i have to say it didn't help.

The web site says they will e-mail your order confirmation within 24 hours but they don't. I sent my cancellation request as my order was not filled after 4 days. As soon as I sent that request to them (via e-mail) they shipped it the next day - at least according to their web site. The web site also states that they will send you the shipment tracking number but they didn't. I still have not seen my order. (so I cannot send it back) I may have to call my credit card company as it appears to be fraudulent transaction."

"First glasses order on line and I'm glad to had choose eyeglasses 4all.ca.! I purchased a pair of RayBan prescription glasses and I am extremely happy with my purchase. When I placed my order I was concerned about the time to get my glasses and quality. Glasses took exactly 2 weeks to come in from the date the order was placed on and the product was very good and the service fast. I am very happy with the customer services provided by the company.

They did not have the size I wanted on their website so I sent an e-mail to customer service to ask if my size was available. Got a reply the next day telling me that the size is available and I just have to mention in my order that I want a different size. I was skeptic about the whole thing but placed my order. Two days later, received an e-mail saying order was shipped, and indeed I receive the package nearly a week after ordering.
