"They usually pick up the phone placed order on Dec 22nd received Jan\2 which is excellent service and Turn around considering the holiday. I paid extra for high index lenses 1.67, unfortunately the lenses I received are thick, they certainly seem to be much thicker than my other pairs. Unfortunately the prescription appears off, double vision with both eyes open. I called they are sending a label for return. I will advise if they fix the lenses, the price is certainly right. I am still willing to give them a chance, as I have received atrocious service from retailers also, it seems like customer service is rare whether by internet on retailers.

As I have had similar bad experiences with storefronts also, its more a matter of correcting any errors, at this point. I feel lucky If I get a pair perfect the first time, whether online of storefronts. The pair with high index and frame was under 100 dollars so if they get it right the 2nd time, I'm satisfied.
