Go somewhere else!

"I bought a frame from them in January, and paid them $144.48, through my PayPal account. It's now March, and I still don't have the frame. Nor can I get a hold of them for a refund, after trying multiple times. PayPal isn't much help either!"

Refund not credited

"I requested a refund on a pair of eye frames that were too small for me. They were returned back in new original condition. I have confirmation the frames were delivered and I would be issued a refund back to my account in 3-5 days. It has been 20 plus days and I have not received a credit to my original payment as stated in their return policy. They were helpful when I place my order and I have been respectful and patient, but since they have not answered any phone calls and have not responded to my recent many emails about my refund. I would please like them to be considerate and upright. Thank you. "

Ridiculous

"I ordered frames from them a long time ago when my son broke them. I found the exact same frames I had. Got them no problem in a short time. This time, I ordered frames and put my prescription in. Paid $12.95 for 4-7 day priority shipping. Placed the order on February 26th, it is now March 9th and have not received nor heard a single word about them being shipped. "

Horrible service

"I ordered my glasses from eyedocshoppe in March. I heard nothing from them until i emailed them in May. They gave me a rude reply saying they were working on them. In late May they emailed me to say my order was declined. I was a first time custumer. I will never again use eyedocshoppe! Do not make the mistake of using eyedocshoppe they are horrible."

"I ordered frames from these guys - went through PayPal OK, but then I received an email with the subject line: Your order has been declined. In the body of the email it said "We are sorry to inform you that your order was declined" and that's it for the explanation. I called but no-one ever answers the customer service line - so I sent two follow-up emails to try and figure out what happened - but no response! "

Horrible!!

"I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered frames and returned them within 14 days with the label they provided. I then received the frames back a month later stating that they were returned too late. I called and was told the frames were received 20 days after I mailed them. Why would it take 20 days to be received with the label they provided. I was told they would not take them back because I didn't have proof of when I mailed them. This is the worse company and customer service ever and I will NEVER do business with them again!!"

"I ordered a pair of dilli dalli frames for my lil girl. the frames were shipped super fast . I was excited and opened them to discover they didn't have temple wires the thing I needed most. I called their number and left messages , I emailed them four times from two dif emails requesting a RMA, aka a return label required by them for return. I didn't get a single response ."

False Price Advertising

"Numerous times I have searched online for a particular brand and style number of eyeglass frames. The price shown on EyeDocShoppe has consistently been the best price, but each and every time that I have tried to order these frames, either online or by calling them, they tell me the price is totally incorrect. They say they have no control over what Google lists, even after I object, telling the rep that their's is the only site that ever has a false price! I was looking for these frames a couple of years ago, then decided on a different style of frames that I purchased and have been wearing since. I started looking at getting my original selection about a year ago, so I am certain that this site has been trying to dupe consumers with misleading and false price advertising. This plus the horrible reviews has lead me to STAY AWAY from EyeDocShoppe!"

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...THIS PLACE ****

"This had got to be a fake site? They have ZERO customer service. Never answer their phone. (we're on another call). Don't answer their email. I was just trying to purchase an eyeglass frame and had a quick question. What kind of racket are they running? Also, they have two different sites w/different names, and different prices for the same frames. Same phone number, completely unreachable. There is something fishy going on here. That's why I looked up their reviews. I'm pretty sure the only positive reviews came from THEM. What a waste of my time. Protect thyself and your money!!"

Don't trust this vendor!

"I hunted for the frames I wanted and was excited to find them at EyeDocShoppe. After the year had flipped to 2017, I was informed they were canceling my order, as they couldn't find the frames. Basically, they had advertised frames without having them in stock. I called and asked if they could substitute another pair of frames, but they refused. So I lost my entire eyeglass benefit for the year of 2016 due to the poor customer service and conduct of this company. Do not use them."

Lied to

"Their website says they'll match the price of another reputable seller by an extra 5%.

I contacted them to price match the frames and lenses i ordered and they said they will not price match the lenses. There is NO fine print stating this is for frames only.

Don't lie to customers and follow through with your price match guarantee. If you're going to advertise a price match guarantee
and say it's for frames only, then add that to the fine print. Until then, you should price match the entire glasses including the lenses.

Great pricing and the customer service people were so helpful

"Ordered some prescription Vera Bradley glasses online. Didn't know how to plug in the prescription. Call the 800 number. The representatives were so helpful. I spoke with a very knowledgeable optician and away we went. Got my prescription sunglasses back in 5 days and saved hundreds off my optometrists pricing. Wonderful job. 2 thumbs up."
